What is the delivery time for a software product bought from the JCADTOOLS web store?
"You can start using the software right away. By the time  the payment has been confirmed, you will get your one-year license sent to your email."

How do I get the latest update for my software?
"JCAD applications contain an update tool for checking, downloading and installing the updates. You can find the update tool from the 'About box'."

Can I move the application bought from the web store later to another computer?
"Yes, you can deactivate the license from a computer and activate it again on another."

The hard disk of my computer broke, how can I transfer the license to the new one?
"In this case we recommend you to contact Jidea Oy customer services (support@jcadtools.com). You will be adviced about the steps to take for recovering your license."

Can I make use of the drawings and images produced earlier with other applications?
"Yes, You can import drawings in common cad-formats, like dwg and dxf. Even a plot file from a cad can be used to produce a vectorized drawing. Scanned drawings and images can be imported in about 20 different formats as well."

Can I send my JCAD tabula drawings to my pal, who uses another Cad-software?
"Yes, you can export your drawings to dwg-format, which is a widely used format for exchanging cad-drawings."
